We understand that shopping online for eyeglasses and sunglasses can sometimes lead to items not meeting your expectations. Our Refund Policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind and to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible.

Return Eligibility

Products purchased from Focus Foundary are eligible for return and refund under the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned to us in their original condition, including the packaging, without any wear and tear. Items must not be used, altered, washed, or damaged.

Customized items (e.g., prescription glasses) are only eligible for return if there is a manufacturing error or defect.

Accessories and promotional items received along with the main product must also be returned.

Process for Returns

Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@focusfoundary.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, upon approval, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Prepare the Package: Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item Back: Send the item back to us using the shipping method advised by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at help@focusfoundary.com and send your item to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
